Here's the ingredients!
- 1/2cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 2 to 3 tbsp of soy sauce (personally, I put 3)
- 2tbsp of vinegar
- 1tbsp of garlic salt (garlic powder would do fine too)
- 1 tbsp of Cayenne pepper (or cayenne seed) *
You can use a plastic bag with a seal on top (example: ziploc bag) or simply a bowl. Just put all the ingredient in the bowl (or bag). The look doesn't seem tasty at first. Mix it well and it should look like this:
Makes holes into your meat (just poke it with a knife several time will do, on both side) and put it into the marinade. Let it cold for 4 hour min in the fridge ( more you wait, better the meat will absorb the taste). I have 9 pork chop in this bolw and I have enough sauce/marinade for it. Don't forget to shake it well so all meat piece get soaked by the marinade.
For cooking, you can put it in the oven with the marinade. For the meal I made today, I used a pan and select the piece I needed. I added some grilled sesame since i love the flavor with my meat.(this is optional). For the oven cook time, I never tried it so I can't tell. (I'll try it and update this post once it's done. In the pan, about 10 mins and it should be done, just don't forget to often switch their side or the sauce will thicken and will burn too quickly.
Update edit:If you are using the oven, put it 350
